2. Take courses

Interested in something? One of the best ways to ensure you’re getting top-of-the-line information is to take a class on it. Learning from another person will make you a better learner in the long run.

3. Listen to podcasts

This is the easiest way to learn about a topic, especially if you’re an auditory learner. You can find podcasts on a variety of topics. I guarantee there will be a podcast on the topic of your choice. It’ll teach you to process information audibly. You’ll appreciate practicing a skill that’s truly important.

4. Find your passion

If you’re passionate about something, you’re going to be better at learning about it. If you want to become a better learner, find something you’re passionate about. Your passion for that topic will drive your interest and willingness to learn. You’ll become a better learner by practicing.

5. Step outside your comfort zone

You know what you know because you’re interested in it. If you aren’t comfortable with a topic, look into it. You’ll become a better learner when you experiment with learning about topics you aren’t particularly interested in. It’ll pay off in the end.

6. Talk to an expert in the field

When you’re interested in a topic, it helps to find someone who is an expert in that field. Having a conversation is one of the easiest ways to learn things. This is why they say that to learn something best, teach someone else. It will truly benefit you if you find someone who knows what they’re talking about and learn from them.
